Not Doing Anons Homework
I get relatively frequent requests from people to answer surveys and do interviews for their homework and university work. While I appreciate that people would ask me for these things, I don’t appreciate being hit up by Anons for help with homework. I also don’t appreciate being asked for homework help when there is no explanation of how my assistance will be used.
So here is the new rule: if you want my assistance, submit a request off anon, give me your real name, tell me what class it’s for, and give me a background on the project. Without that at a minimum, be prepared to get ignored. And I still reserve the right to ignore your request if it’s incomplete or if I’m not interested.
Where I stand on this: I made it through high school, University, and grad school without using social media to complete projects, even though it was available during grad school. When I needed to do an interview or survey I had to talk to people in the flesh. I encourage you to do that too, rather than hiding on Anon and spamming people for homework help. You have Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit, and they’re all full of people who would be more than happy to help you, because they’re just bored. There is no good reason to hide behind Anon unless you don’t want people to know how Iazy you are.
