So I’ve decided to move back to a Pescetarian diet again. For those of you who are unfamiliar, I plan to consume a lacto+ovo vegetarian diet and add fish. I would love to eventually move to a purely vegetarian diet, but I need to eat oily fish to help with the arthritis in my knees.
I’ve tried vegetarian diets and failed before, and it was largely because I started to get bored with what I was eating and strayed. I have a (mostly) vegan friend that I can bounce ideas off of, so I’m hoping that I can stick with this for the foreseeable future.
