More Mobile Geekery to Come
I’m a phone geek, and I need to go back to that. Expect posts about Android stuff in the near future.
So professionally I am a Geek, but off the clock I am a Nerd. Geekspertise is an apt name.

Geeky Facts About Me
I’ve never been good about talking about myself, but I figured I’d throw up a few random geeky facts about me since Tumblr seems all about sharing.
- My eyeglass frames are TARDIS blue with sparkles.
- I’m half black, but I can’t sing or dance.
- I have the obsessive need to see every episode in most TV series that I take interest in. I’ve watched the entirety of Doctor Who (9th and 10th Doctors), ER, Dawson’s Creek, 90210 (original), BSG, Torchwood, Being Human (U.K.), House, Kingdom, Jonathan Creek, Bob & Rose, Grey’s Anatomy, Lost, Chuck, Fringe, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and too many others.
- I’ve watched Degrassi since I was about 11 years old.
- I have an Iron Man sticker on the back of my MBP, where Iron Man’s repulsor ray is the glowing Apple.
- My big, angry tabby cat is named Tiggy, but I call him Notorious T.I.G. or Tiggy Smalls.
- Stephen King’s Dark Tower is my favorite series of all time.
- Rupert Grint is way more sexy than Daniel Radcliffe in my mind.
- I met Julie Benz at a comic book show (before Dexter and No Ordinary Family), and completely creeped her out while getting her autograph.
- Most of my book collection is horror, fantasy, comics/graphic novels, and Buddhist philosophy.
- I name almost everything after TV and movie characters. I call my car “The Doctor” and my other cat’s name is “Spinner” after Gavin Mason on Degrassi.
- I watch more British television than American television.
- I secretly want to make YouTube videos of me singing and rapping, but I guess it’s not a secret anymore.
- I’m a Marvel Comics girl, though I am really a Green Lantern in my heart.
- Everyone comes to me for problems with their smartphones, because I’m a phone geek.
- I hate being photographed, so I always buy the most ridiculous camera, and take pictures of everyone else.
- In my mind, I’m really Shadowcat from the X-Men.
- I still know all the words to Digital Underground’s “Humpty Dance” and Skee-Lo’s “I Wish.”
